人增生性视网膜前膜中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的表达

摘要 应用间接免疫荧光法,观察孔源性视网膜脱离合并增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)、外伤性网脱合并PVR和增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)各4例病例的视网膜前膜中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的表达。结果表明:3组病例视网膜前膜中均见有MCP-1阳性细胞,其细胞大小、形态无明显差别。提示:MCP-1存在于PVR和PDR的视网膜前膜中,并参与这两种病变的形成,表明PVR和PDR的发病机制与趋化细胞因子及局部免疫反应有一定的关系。 The expression of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1 ) on epiretinal membranes in proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) was observed by using indirect immuno-fluorescence technique. The epiretinal membranes were obtained from 12 eyes of 12 patients undergoing vitrectomy: 4 cases from rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with PVR, 4 cases from traumatic retinal detachment with PVR and 4 cases from PDR. The results showed that MCP-1 positive cells were found on the epiretinal membranes of the three groups, without presenting obvious difference in cellular size and morphology. It was suggested that MCP-1 exist on opiretinal membranes with PVR and PDR and play a role in the formation of PVR and PDR, which indicates that the pathogenesis of PVR and PDR has a certain relationship with chemotactic cytokines and local immune-response.
