摘要
采用高阶各向异性k -ε模型 (MAKE)和标准k -ε模型 (SKE)对实验离心叶轮内设计工况下的三维湍流流场进行了数值计算 ,并与采用LDV测量系统测得的实验结果进行了比较 ,结果表明 :两种模型均能模拟出设计工况下离心叶轮内气流的流动变化及二次流动现象 ,但由于SAKE模型考虑了旋转和曲率在流动过程中的影响 ,故在气流的分布趋势 ,流动方向的变化等方面 。
D turbulent flows in the shrounded centrifugal backsweptimp eller are numerically studided by using high order anisotropic k ε model(MAKE),standard k ε model(SKE),at the same times a comparison is made between computed solution and the previous experimental data using LDV measurement system.The result shows that the main flow velocity and secondary flow through the impeller in design working condition are well predicted by two models.Because MAKE model includes the effects of curvature and rotation,the computational results using MAKE model is closer to the experimental data than SKE model in some main flow field characteristics.
