摘要
在强有力的政策支撑下,中原经济区视域下的河南文化获得了迅速发展,并表现出了独有的地域特征:农民素质逐步提高,但整体水平偏低;主流意识健康,但封建沉渣尚存;小农意识逐步改观,但市场意识仍需强化;文化性格厚重有余,但冒险精神不足。在文化对经济起巨大推动作用的今天,对农村文化进行必要的扬弃,已成为建设中原经济区必不可缺的重要一环。
In the process of the transformation from farming civilization to industrial civilization,Henan province has been inheriting the historical and cultural heritage,but also faces with new challenges and shows unique features.The farmer＇s quality rises gradually,but the overall level is still low.The mainstream ideology is healthy,but the feudal ideology still exists.The mentality of small-scale peasant is gradually improved,but the market consciousness still needs to be strengthened.The cultural character is rich,but the spirit of adventure is still inadequate.Today,culture plays an important role in the course of economic growth,so it is very important to select the essence and discard the dross of rural culture.
