摘要
介绍了刚投运3个月的500 kV电容式电压互感器二次电压出现异常时的处理方法,分析得出了二次电压异常的原因是由于CVT内部均压电容击穿,通过对CVT进行试验和解体检查,证明了原材料的选用和制造工艺是造成均压电容击穿的主要原因。最后对500 kV电容式电压互感器的运行维护和产品生产提出了建议。
In this article, the treatment method in case of abnormal secondary voltage of 500 kV ca- pacitor voltage transformers which just puts into operation for three months is introduced; the abnor- mal secondary voltage is due to the breakdown of internal grading capacitance in the CVT. Through test of CVT and disassembly inspection, it is proved that the main cause of grading capacitance breakdown is the selection of raw material and manufacturing process. Finally, the suggestions for operation, maintenance and production of 500 kV capacitor voltage transformers have been pro- posed.
