摘要
在火力发电厂中,再生水系统是锅炉补给水系统安全、有效、持久运行的重要保障。通过分析影响再生系统的主要因素,比较各因素对锅炉补给水系统的影响,讨论如何提高再生系统的效率。通过实验,主要讨论再生剂投入的流速、浓度和温度等主要因素。在一定范围内,再生效率随着流速、浓度、温度的升高而有所提高。但是,如果超出了这个范围,再生系统将会出现问题。所以,在实际运行生产中,应在适合的范围内调整各影响因素,保证化学水系统安全经济运行,为企业带来更好的经济效益。
In electric power plant, regeneration system is the important guarantee of boiler supply water system in safety, effectiveness, durability. By analyzing the major factor of affecting regeneration system, compare the influence of various factors, discussing how to improve the efficiency of regeneration system. After the experiment, discussing the main factors, as the flow velocity, the concentration and the temperature of the regenerant. In a certain range, regeneration efficiency improved with the rise of the velocity, the concentration and the temperature. But, if exceeds the scope, regeneration system will make a problem. So in the actual operation of production, should be adjust the factors within the range, the better economic effectiveness brought by enterprise, the better ensuring a safety and economy handling of chemical water treatment system.
