黄芪多糖对糖尿病肾病防治机制的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,其病理机制复杂,是导致糖尿病患者死亡的主要因素,迄今尚无疗效确切的西药能延缓DN的进程。作为黄芪主要活性成分之一的黄芪多糖具有广泛的药理作用,众多研究显示黄芪多糖对防治DN有显著作用。现简要介绍其在防治DN机制方面的研究进展,旨在为黄芪多糖的临床研究提供应用前景。 Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a common complication of diabetes,the pathological mechanism of which is complicated,and it is a major factor leading to the death of diabetic patients,so far there is no western medicine of exact efficacy can delay the DN process.As one of the main active ingredient in astragalus,astragalus polysaccharides(APS)has a wide range of pharmacological effects,many studies have shown that astragalus polysaccharide has a significant role in the prevention and treatment of DN.Here is to briefly introduce the research progress in the prevention and treatment mechanism of DN to provide prospect for APS clinical application.
