摘要
随着交通事故和运动损伤的增多,前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤的发生率逐年增加,ACL损伤可引起膝关节疼痛、关节不稳、继发关节软骨损伤,导致关节退变甚至关节功能丧失。ACL断裂必须通过重建手术才能恢复膝关节的稳定性以及运动功能。精确的股骨隧道建立是膝关节ACL手术成功的关键。ACL股骨止点的解剖学与关节镜下定位方法成为ACL重建的热点。
With the increase in traffic accidents and sports injuries,anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury incidence has been increasing year by year,which can cause knee pain,joint instability,secondary articular cartilage damage,and even joint degeneration and function loss.Reconstruction surgery must be done for ACL rupture to restore the stability of the knee and motor function.Accurate femoral tunnel is a critical success factor in ACL reconstruction.Femoral attachment′s anatomy and tunnel placement in arthroscopy is a hot spot in ACL reconstruction.
