摘要 近年来,镁金属由于自身良好的生物相容性和降解特性得到了骨科领域的广泛关注,目前的研究通过各种方法改变镁的生物学特性,治愈后不需再次手术取出,而且具有价格低廉等优点,逐渐得到了医学工作者的关注。研究包括镁合金的制备,多孔镁金属的研制,镁的表面改性,镁离子的表面灌注技术等,在此评述了各种方法的特点。目前已有一些研究成果应用于临床,但镁作为生物医用植入材料还有很大的潜力需要进一步研究。 In recent years,magnesium metal,because of its good biocompatibility and degradation characteristics,has got orthopaedic field′s extensive concern,with current studies mainly focusing on alteration of the biological characteristics of magnesium through various ways,so that surgery of taking-out after cure will not be needed,and has gradually obtained the medical works attention with the advantage of low cost,.The diverse methods:the preparation of magnesium alloy,the development of porous magnesium metal,magnesium surface modification.Here is to make a review on the characteristics of various research methods.Although there are some clinical applications of the research results,further study is still needed for the great potential of magnesium as a medical implant material.
