南桥换流站阀水冷却系统电源开关保护分析 被引量:1

摘要 以南桥换流站深度隐患排查为例,介绍了阀水冷却系统的工作原理及其保护的重要性。通过排查阀水冷却系统380V电源开关与阀水冷却系统电动机控制中心(MCC)的进线开关,在上下级保护整定上是否匹配,逐一分析了MCC的接线方式、电动机速断保护的动作电流、反时限过负荷保护的动作电流、馈线开关与进线开关之间的逻辑关系,并应用异步电动机的启动电流特性进行比对和验证,找出了阀水冷却系统在电源开关保护上的主要隐患。通过对当前保护整定值的修正和落实反事故措施,及时消除了隐患。 In a conventional convertor station, the heat generated by the operating converter valve is usually taken away by the valve-water cooling system. The motor is the core equipment in this cooling system and the operational state of the motor has great influence on the valve. Therefore, setting motor's protection correctly is more important. In this paper, the author uses checking up and down matching condition of 380 V power source circuit breaker in Nanqiao convertor station as an example, to state the operating principle of the valve- water cooling system. Then, list the motor application in this cooling system, to clarity the rationality of the setting value on motor protection and, the last, propose a new project on how to improve the motor protection setting. In addition, this paper could be also a reference and example on the motor protection setting of the valve-water cooling system to other conventional convertor station.
