摘要
随着高等教育事业的发展,许多年轻的非图书馆学专业高学历人员进入了高校图书馆。由于专业不对口、缺乏职业追求和职业规划,这些非图书馆学专业的年轻馆员往往找不到与工作的契合点,难以实现岗位成才。为此,这部分馆员应及时补课、找准定位,用行动开辟适合自己的职业发展通道。
With the development of higher education, many young non library science professional personnel with high academic degrees in university library. Due to the lack of occupation, professional pursuit and occupation planning, this non library science specialty of young librarians often can not find a work point, difficult to achieve professional success. Therefore, the librarian should timely make up a missed lesson; look for exact location, with action to open up for their own occupation development channel.
