摘要
发展低碳经济不仅仅是一种经济发展方式的变革,而是涉及到技术创新模式、消费价值观念和生活方式变革的一场复杂的系统工程。创新低碳技术是必要手段、倡导低碳消费文化是关键环节、践行低碳生活方式是根本保证。只有对诸方面统筹把握、系统思考,才有可能推动低碳经济的快速发展。
Developing Low carbon economy is not only reform of the mode of economic development, but a complex engineering system involving technological innovation mode, consumption values and the change of the life - style. Technical innovation is the necessary means. Advocating culture of low carbon consumption is the key point. Practicing the low carbon lifestyle is the a fundamental guarantee. Only mastering all aspects and systematic thinking could promote fast development of low carbon economy.
