摘要
目的探讨临床药师在肾脏病患者合理用药中的作用。方法运用药学监护的一般方法对肾脏病患者实施药学监护,并结合实例进行分析。结果临床药师提供药学服务,提高了患者治疗依从性和临床治疗效果,减少了药物不良反应。结论临床药师在为患者提供个体化药学服务方面具有自身的优势和地位。
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists care for patients with kidney disease in clinical rational drug use.Methods The common pharmaceutical care was applied to patients with kidney disease,and cases analysis was performed.Results The patients′ compliance and clinical outcomes were improved,and adverse drug reactions were decreased through pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists have its own advantages and status in providing individualized pharmaceutical care for patients.
