摘要
针对在钻精度较高的斜孔和直接在铣床上铣削有角度要求的斜面、斜槽时,现有的普通平口钳难以保证加工精度。因此,对现有的平口钳底座进行设计改进,改进后,不但提高了加工效率,而且保证了尺寸的准确性及位置、形状公差。
According to the precision high slanting hole and directly request an angle milling ramp flat, sloping trough in milling machine, our existing ordinary vise is difficult to guarantee precision. Therefore, makes the design improvement to the existing flat tongs foundation. After improve, not only to enhance the efficiency of processing, but also to ensure the accuracy of the size and location, and shape tolerances.
