摘要
目的了解温州市农村老年人的住院情况及其影响因素。方法 2011年6月,采用整群抽样的方法对温州市6个村1 297名农村老年人为研究对象,并采用自制的农村老年人卫生服务需求和利用调查问卷对其进行问卷调查,并分析其结果。结果温州市农村老年人住院率为21.51%,其影响因素包括现工作情况、家庭人均年收入。未住院率为32.93%,其主要原因是经济困难。结论建议卫生部门加强农村卫生改革、建立合理的医疗保障制度以满足农村老年人对卫生服务的需求,从而更好地应对老龄化社会的到来。
Objective To comprehend the hospitalization rate and impact factors of Wenzhou rural elderly people.Methods By cluster sampling method,1 297 eldely form 6 rural areas in Wenzhou were evaluated by self-designed questionnaire concerning about health care demand and utilizaton of rural elderly people in June 2011.Results The hospitalization rate of Wenzhou rural elderly was 21.51%,and working status,number of family members and last year’s average income of family members had influence on Wenzhou rural elderly people’s hospitalization rate.The rate of no hospitalization was 32.93%,and the main reason was economic difficulty.Conclusion For adaptation to the incoming aging society,health department should enforce rural health care reform and build reasonable health care system to meet rural elderly people’s health care demand,so as to better cope with the arrival of an aging society.
