摘要
对昭通市及所属各县区共12个公共图书馆进行了随机抽样调研,结合调研中所掌握的情况,对云南省当前基层图书馆建设中存在的问题和困难进行了分析,提出了改进和完善基层图书馆建设的对策和建议,为各县馆在近期内更好地开展免费开放服务提供了参考和借鉴。
By a survey of 12 public libraries at random in Zhaotong City, this paper analyzes the prob- lems and difficulties the grass-roots public libraries encounter in Yunnan Province and puts forward sug- gestions for improving and perfecting the library system, which will be a reference and model for better free service of county public libraries.
