摘要
目的:探讨研究性教学法在社区护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法:108名本科护生随机分为实验组与对照组各54例,分别采用研究性教学法和传统带教法进行社区护理实践带教。完成全部社区护理教学后,对两组学生进行相同的理论考核和社区护理综合能力评价。结果:实验组学生理论考试成绩和社区护理综合能力评价成绩均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:研究性教学法应用于社区护理实践教学,不但有助于提高学生社区护理学习成绩,更能激发学习兴趣,培养团队精神、沟通能力和解决问题能力等多方面综合素质。
Objective: To investigate the effect of application of research-oriented teaching method in community nursing practice teaching for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: 108 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 54 subjects each. The research-oriented teaching methnd and the traditional teaching methed were applied to the two groups, respectively. After the courses completed, the same test and comprehensive community nursing capacity assessment were conducted. Results: The performance of academic and community nursing capacity of experimental group was significantly better than that of the control groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: research-oriented teaching methods used in community nursing practice teaching is helpful to improving the academic perfor- mance and can enhance comprehensive community nursing capacity of students.
