摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,信息系统的开发方式方法也在不断地发展,掌握了新的技术、实用的工具,也就能提高信息系统的效率、性能、通用性和高可用性。系统开发方法很多,关键是要找到合适自己的才能更好地立足于信息化社会,为自己、为社会创造更大的价值。本系统从需求分析开始,面向对象分析、对象设计,运用面向对象设计技术,秉承高重用性和可维护性的原则,设计并实现了一个CRM管理系统。
With the rapid development of information technology, the developing methods of information system modify accordingly. Equipped with updated technology and practical tools, the information system can be greatly improved in its efficiency, performance, generality and applicability. What matters is to find a proper way for the system itself among many others so that it could be rooted in the society and pro- duce greater value for itself and then for the society. This paper starts with a need analysis, then conducts the object-oriented analysis and design, applies object-oriented technology and finally designs and realizes a CRM management system based on reusability and maintainability.
