摘要
针对PC钢绞线在腐蚀环境下易产生破坏性极强的应力腐蚀,引起结构破坏问题,进行防锈预应力钢绞线研制。采用抗拉强度超过1150 MPa的13 mm线材,制成1860 MPa级φ15.7 mm钢绞线后,将研制的水溶性防锈液使用喷淋加浸涂后再干燥工艺,均匀涂于光面钢绞线的表面,作为钢绞线在工厂制造后至使用之前的防锈措施。结果表明,钢绞线的破断载荷平均为291.45 kN,1%伸长载荷平均为264.85 kN,断后伸长率平均为5.50%,各项指标满足ASTM A 416/A 414M要求。并对无轴包装钢绞线的"歪包"缺陷提出防滑措施:内衬薄钢板,中间衬中性纸塑皱纹纸,以及轻装轻吊软着陆。
Aiming at the problems of pre-stress steel strand is easy to produce strong destructive stress corrosion and to cause structure damage, the antirust pre-stress steel strand was developed. Adopting diameter 13 mm wire rod with more than 1 150 MPa tensile strength to produce grade 1 860 MPa diameter 15.7 mm steel strand, use spraying and drying process to coat the developed water solubility antirust solution on the steel strand surface to act as antirust measure of steel strand after producing in factory before using. Results indicate that the average breaking loading of steel strand is 291.45 kN, 1% elongation loading 264.85 kN, the mean elongation after fracture is 5.50%, every index meet the requirement of ASTM A 416/A 414M standard. Slip preventing measures of askew package defect of shaftless package steel strand are put forward: thin steel plate in a lining, middle lining neutral plastic crepe paper, light pack and lift up and soft land.
