摘要
目的探讨心率及其变化对128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量的影响。方法回顾性搜集我院自2010年3月~2012年3月接受128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查疑似冠心病患者192例,按心率不同分成小于60次/min组、61~70次/min组及大于70次/min组三个组,并将右冠状动脉(RCA)图像质量作为参考,根据冠状动脉伪影多少及血管连续性分为3个等级,评价不同心率对重建图像质量的影响。结果心率在小于60次/min、61~70次/min所得冠状动脉图像质量较好,但在扫描过程中心率变化幅度大者成像质量有所下降,以右冠状动脉明显,特别是中段最为显著,其次是回旋支,前降支影响最小。结论 128层螺旋CT能够很好显示冠状动脉及其分支,心率及其变化可影响冠状动脉图像质量,选择合适的心率及维持心率的稳定是保证图像质量的关键因素。
Objective To discuss the influence of heart rate and its change on the image quality of 128 slice CT coronary angiography. Methods Retrospective analysis was given to 192 cases that underwent 128 slice spiral CTcoronary angiography for suspected coronary disease from March, 2010 to March, 2012. They were divided into three groups,namely,the group of less than 60 beats/min,the group of 61 to 70 beats/min and the group of greater than 70 beats/min. The image quality of right coronary artery (RCA) was taken as a reference,which was classified into three levels according to coronary artifacts and vascular continuity,to evaluate the effect of different heart rate on the quality of reconstructed images. Results The groups of less 60 beats/min and 61 to 70 beats/rain obtained good quality coronary artery images, but the image quality declined when heart rate changed much during the scanning process. The middle of the RCA was affected significantly. The circumflex artery was affected less significantly and the former descending artery got minimal impact. Conclusion The 128 slice spiral CT can clearly demonstrate the coronary artery and its branches. Heart rate changes can affect image quality coronary artery. Selecting appropriate heart rate and maintaining the stability of heart rate is key factors to guarantee good image quality.
