摘要
为解决传感器非线性校正问题,提出一种基于分段逆模型的传感器非线性校正方法。通过对传感器特性数据进行变换和分段,在给定最大拟合误差和最大拟合阶次的情况下,得到传感器逆模型;逆模型作为补偿环节实现对传感器的非线性校正。该方法采用数据步长搜索策略和最小二乘法实现对传感器特性数据的分段,并能确定各数据段拟合函数的阶次和参数。热敏电阻非线性校正试验的结果证明了该方法的有效性。
To solve the problem in nonlinear correction of the sensors, the method based on segmental inverse model is proposed. Through transforming and segmenting the data of sensor characterisfics, when the maximum fitting error and maximum fitting orders are given, the inverse model of sensor will be obtained; the inverse model is used as the compensation element to realize nonlinear correction for sensor. In this method, the data step searching strategy and the least square method are adopted to make the sensor characteristic data in segments, and determine the order and parameters of fitting function of each segment. The result of nonlinear correction experiment for thermistor verifies the effectiveness of the method.
