摘要
[目的]筛选对番茄烟粉虱、韭蛆有较好防治效果的药剂。[方法]以400亿孢子/g球孢白僵菌WP为研究对象,在番茄、韭菜试验小区各设置3种不同施用量,以观察其对番茄烟粉虱和韭蛆的防治效果。[结果]当400亿孢子/g球孢白僵菌WP的施用量为900g/hm2时,对番茄烟粉虱的防治效果最好;当施用量为1800g/hm2时,对韭蛆的防治效果最好。[结论]400亿孢子/g球孢白僵菌WP是防治番茄烟粉虱、韭蛆的优良药剂,可在蔬菜生产中推广应用。
[Objective]The aim was to screen the pesticide with good control effects of Bemisia tabaci and Bradysia odoriphaga. [Method]Taking the 40 bil- lion spores/g of white muscardine wet- table powder as the research object, three different dosages were separately set in tomato and chive test plots, in order to observe the control effects on Be- misia tabaci and Bradysia odoriphaga. [Result]The control effect of Bemisia tabaci was the best when the dosage of 40 billion spores/g of white muscardine wettable powder was 900 g/hm2, and the control effect of Bradysia odoriphaga was the best when its dosage was 1 800 g/hm2. [Conclusion] 40 billion spores/g of white muscardine wettable powder was the excellent pesticide for control- ling Bemisia tabaci and Bradysia odoriphaga, and it could be used in application and dissemination of vegetables production.
