摘要
为鼓励和引导新能源汽车发展,近年来美国政府出台了诸多具有针对性的政策和措施。在这些政策措施的有效激励下,美国新能源汽车的研发与推广走在世界前列,尤其是氢燃料电池汽车、生物燃料汽车相关技术水平处于全球领先地位。本文对美国政府支持新能源汽车产业发展的相关经验进行了总结。
The U.S.government introduced a number of specific policies and measures,to encourage and guide the development of new energy vehicles,in recent years.Because of effective incentive for these policy measures,the development and promotion of new energy vehicles in the United States to lead the world,especially hydrogen fuel cell vehicles,bio-fuel vehicles technical level is a global leader.This paper summarizes the experience that the U.S.government support the development of new energy automotive industry.
