摘要
采用文献资料、录像分析、数理统计等研究方法,从细微技术环节入手,预见性地理解规则导向,对新规则实施后中外艺术体操个人项目器械难度选编中的惊险性动作进行重点性研究。结果表明:艺术体操个人项目的发展在惊险性动作的引领下已经进入高难技术为主流、完美艺术为升华、锐意创新为前沿、巧妙编排为潮流的全新发展时期,合理而有效地将这些元素贯通于艺术体操成套动作编排,提升成套动作编排品级,以期为我国艺术体操个人项目成套动作的创编、训练提供有价值的借鉴和参考。
By the method of documentation,video analysis and mathematical statistics,and from the detailed techniques,the paper uses predictive interpretation to determine the orientation of the regulations and has critically discussed the degree of risk movements in relation to apparatus handling under foreign and China＇s rhythmic gymnastics individual event.The results have shown that the development of rhythmic gymnastics individual event is led by risk into a brand new periodic development,where high technical skills are considered as mainstream.Also,the artistic perfection is accepted as sublime.The determination of being creative is regarded as leading-edge and the ingenious composed is deemed as a trend of fashion,incorporating these elements sensibly and efficiently into the arrangement of rhythmic gymnastics movements.Enhancing the arrangement level of that complete set of movements can be a precious reference to the training and the creation of a complete set of movements for China＇s rhythmic gymnastics individual event.
