摘要
针对稀土分离过程中原料经常是多种稀土元素共同存在的特点 ,研究了以分馏萃取为主干线 ,同时嵌入若干逆流萃取 (洗涤 )分支的多出口 ,多种纯产品的“组合式”萃取分离工艺。并以四组分的轻稀土分离为例进行了工艺设计 ,同时给出了计算机对该工艺的动态平衡模拟结果。
The paper studies a separating process of 'assemble program' extraction for four-element system ,point to the characters that usually there are many kinds of rare earth element existed together in the raw materials. The process takes the fractionaing extraction as main line and inlays some counter-current extraction(wash) branch with multistage exits and pure products. It gave the process design of four-element light rare earth separation and showed the result of dynamic equilibrium imitation by computer.
