摘要
本文通过对Mn75Ni15Cu10合金膨胀系数的测定,和对锻造组织、铸造组织加热过程的金相分析及导热性的测定,研究了Mn75Ni15Cu10合金材料的组织变化、加热过程的烧透性、最大温差应力。讨论了热加工程序中应注意的若干工艺问题。
The microstructure, the optimum heat treatment, and the thennal stress of Mn75Ni15Cu10 alloy are studied based on the measurements of the coefficient of thennal expansion and the thennal conductivity, and metallographic analysis on forged and cast structures in heat process, Some technological condition for hot working are disscussed.
