摘要
以JKY95-65/60型真空挤出机为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件的APDL建立了真空挤出机挤出段泥料流场的几何模型,并在ANSYS的Flotran模块中对流场进行了有限元模拟分析,得到了泥料的压力分布情况。然后根据得到的压力分布规律对Workbench中绞刀轴有限元模型进行加载和分析,得到了工况下绞刀轴的von-Mises等效应力、扭转切应力以及变形云图,找到了绞刀轴缺陷存在的原因。最后通过形状改进得到了符合工况安全性要求的绞刀轴模型。有限元分析对真空挤出机的绞刀轴设计有一定的指导意义,可以缩短产品设计周期并减少设计成本。
Based on the JKY95-65/60 vacuum extruder, firstly the geometric model of clay in the extrusion area is established by the APDL in ANSYS, then simulate it in the Flotran module and get the pressure distribution. Secondly by means of loading the pressure distribution and corresponding restrains on the finite element model in the Workbench, the deformation, von-Mises equivalent stress and shear stress of the screw is obtained, that reveals the reason of the defects on the screw. Through shape improvement, one screw model is got, which meets the safety requirements in the operation. The finite element analysis provides a theoretical guidance for the improvement in design of the screw in the vacuum extruder, which can shorten the product design cycle and reduce the cost of the design.
