面颈部强脉冲光和点阵激光治疗后使用胶原贴敷料的修复效果观察 被引量：7

摘要 随着激光技术的发展日趋成熟。强脉冲光和点阵激光因其具有的损伤小、疗效好而被广泛应用于面颈部皮肤疾病的治疗与皮肤美容中，但应用强脉冲光和点阵激光在治疗的同时会产生光热作用，对皮肤有热损伤，可能会出现术后红斑、水肿、皮肤恢复时间较长、色素沉着等不良反应。近年来，笔者通过对强脉冲光与点阵激光术后患者使用胶原贴敷料，发现胶原贴敷料能有效缓解强脉冲光与点阵激光治疗后的不适，并减少不良反应，临床效果显著。
