摘要
原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（primary central nervoussystem lymphoma,PCNSL）常见于免疫缺陷患者。近年来其在免疫健全人群中的发病率有所提高,占原发性颅内肿瘤的5%,男女发病比例约为2∶1,多见于成年人,高发年龄为30～65岁。
