摘要
糖尿病肾病是引起终末期肾病常见的原因之一,但目前尚缺乏可靠的反映糖尿病肾病发生发展的生物标志物。近年基因组学,转录组学,蛋白质组学及代谢组学飞速发展,为糖尿病肾病生物标志物研究方面提供新的思路和平台,本文将就此作一综述。
Diabetic nephropathy（DN） is one of main causes of end stage renal diseases. Its unclear that which biomarkers would predict the development and progress of DN. In recent years, many researches have focused on the biomarkers of DN and have made meaningful results. Here we will give a brief review about this topic.
