结核性脑膜脑炎合并低钠血症的病因和诊断治疗 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨结核性脑膜脑炎合并低钠血症的病因以及诊断治疗方法。方法回顾性研究我院53例结核性脑膜脑炎合并低钠血症患者的临床表现、实验室检查以及治疗方法。结果 53例合并低钠血症的患者中21例是抗利尿激素异常分泌综合征,32例是脑耗盐综合征,经限水或补液治疗均得到改善。结论结核性脑膜脑炎常常合并低钠血症,寻找低钠血症的原因,分辨是抗利尿激素异常分泌综合征还是脑耗盐综合征,从而做出相应合理的治疗。
