摘要
介绍了激光线结构光数控测量系统的标定方法 ,该方法利用数控机床本身的坐标精度 ,利用三角测量原理直接在数控机床上标定出光片角 ,同时采用最小二乘法拟合出摄像机结构参数 ,通过建立激光中心检索表的方法 ,修正由于参数标定所带来的误差 ,并采用神经网络拟合修正系数曲线 ,提高插值精度 .
A method of calibrating line structured laser measurement systems on numerical controlled machine is introduced. The angle of laser sheet can be calculated directly by the principle of triangle measurement and the coordinate precision of the machine itself. The structure parameters of the camera can be got by least square fitting algorithm. A laser center index is provided for precision enhancement. The measured coordinates can be modified through multiplying the modification factors that can be checked up in the laser center index. A neural network model of fitting the modification factors is also introduced to improve the interpolation precision. This method is especially suitable for engineering applications.
