摘要
目的总结县级基层医院泌尿外科开展腹腔镜手术的技巧和经验。方法回顾性分析本院泌尿外科2010年5月～2012年2月采用腹腔镜手术治疗的28例泌尿外科疾病患者的临床资料。其中,精索静脉高位结扎术10例,肾囊肿去顶术13例,输尿管上段切开取石术5例。结果 28例手术均获成功,无中转开放手术,无大出血、腹内脏器损伤、漏尿、感染、结石残留、双J管异位、复发、输尿管狭窄等并发症。结论在县级医院泌尿外科循序渐进地开展腹腔镜手术是安全、有效和可行的。腹腔镜技术应该要辐射到基层医院泌尿外科并有规划的开展起来。
Objective To summarize the technique and experience of urologic laparoscopic operations in primary hospital. Methods The clinical data of 28 cases undergone laparoscopie operations during May 2010 to February 2012 were retro- spectively analyzed. 10 cases received high ligation of spermatic vein, 13 cases received renal cyst deeortication, 5 cases received upper ureter endoscopic spincterotomy. Results 28 cases of laparoscopic surgery were successful. No case was converted open surgecy. There was no major bleeding, injury of abdominal organs, leak, infection, residual stones, allopotia of double-J, recurrence, ureteral stenosis and other complications. Conclusion It is safe, effective and feasible to gradually carry out urologic laparoscopic operations in county hospital. Laparoscopic techniques should be carried out planning in department of urology in primary hospital.
