摘要
近年来,随着社会的进步和医疗卫生行业的发展,医疗纠纷逐渐成为各家医院所面临的问题,对医院的健康良性运行带来一定的影响。作者从医疗纠纷的定义着手,详细介绍一所三级精神病医院所发生的医疗纠纷情况。对医疗纠纷产生的原因进行分析,并指出其对医院经济方面的影响。提出了预防或减少医疗纠纷的有效措施,以供其他单位借鉴。
In recent years,with social progress and development of the health care industry,medical disputes has gradually become the problems faced by every hospital,and some impact on the healthy and benign operation of the hospital.Paper,the authors start from the definition of medical disputes described in detail occurred in one of three psychiatric hospitals of the medical disputes.Analyze the causes of medical disputes,and pointed out that the impact on hospital economics.Effective measures to prevent or reduce medical disputes,and for other units to learn from.
