摘要
所谓自我责任心,是指个体对待生命全过程中关乎生存和发展事件的个性心理特征和行为倾向。是个性心理的重要组成部分,包含自我责任认知、自我责任品质、自我责任情感和自我责任适应四个维度。鉴于近年来我国青少年自我责任心水平普遍下降,轻生现象呈递增趋势,应从挫折教育视阈培养青少年的自我责任心。采取的对策有:运用情绪ABC理论进行情绪疏导,促成认知改变;通过给予青少年充分的鼓励、爱与关注,树立榜样,改变归因方式协助建立自信心;将目标训练法渗透到"两课"和社会实践活动中。
The so-called self-responsibility sense refers to the psychological characteristics of personality and the behavior tendency, which appears in the whole process of an individual treats life concerning subsist and the events of development. Self-responsibility sense, which has four emotion dimensions including the cognition of self-responsibility, the quality of self-responsibility, the emotion of self-responsibility, and the adaptability of self-responsibility, is an important part of personality psychology. In view of the recent dropping level of self-responsibility of our country' s teenagers, and the increasing trend of suicide, it is necessary to cultivate the teenagers' self- responsibility through the Frustration Education. The following countermeasures will be taken : guiding the sentiment by applying the ABC theory to facilitate the alteration of teenagers' cognition; helping teenagers to build confidence by giving them full encouragement, love and concern, setting up examples for them, and changing the way of reason attribution; Infiltrating the target training method into the "Two Courses" and social practice.
