摘要
摊铺机液压行驶系统为时变、非线性的复杂系统,为了解决传统PID参数整定方法整定繁琐、难以达到最优状态、控制结果出现较强的振荡和超调等问题,提出一种基于混沌优化的PID参数优化方案。利用MATLAB语言对摊铺机液压行驶系统近似模型进行了仿真分析,结果表明该算法具有稳定、超调小、响应快、调节时间短、结构简单、易于计算机编程的优点。
The walking hydraulic system of asphalt and concrete paver is a time-varying, nonlinear and complicat- ed system. There are shortages of the traditional PID parameters tuning methods, for example, it is hard to tune and consumes more time or leads to big oscillation and overshoot. A PID parameters-tuning method based on chaos optimi- zation is proposed to solve problems listed above. Using MATLAB software, simulation and analysis were carried out. Simulation resuhs show that the proposed method has many advantages, such as, much stable, small overshoot, fast re- sponse, simple structure, easy for computer programming.
