摘要
为提高军事科技期刊编辑胜任本职工作的能力,结合军事科技期刊的特点,分析其在稿件政治审查和保密把关中可能遇到的问题,提出了应对措施,并就如何培育作者、丰富稿源、扩大刊物影响提出了建议。
In order to improve military sci-tech journal editors＇ competence in their work, we analyze the problems which is likely to appear during examining political standpoint and security of manuscripts combining the characteristics of military sci tech journals, and propose some measures. Then, we discuss how to cultivate potential contributors, amplify sources of manuscripts and improve impacts of military sci-tech journals.
