摘要
结合江苏某农药厂废气污染的监测和改造经验,总结了农药厂废气污染特点,并采用吸附、吸收和焚烧等综合治理技术有效控制了废气污染。以该农药厂乐果及稻丰散车间为例,对废气预处理及改造工艺进行了分析。废气经过水洗、碱洗吸收预处理后,进入RTO焚烧后,各类废气排放浓度或排放速率均远低于相应标准限值,可实现达标排放。
Combined with the waste gas pollution monitoring and engineering experiences of a pesticide factory in Jiangsu, the pollution characteristics of waste gas were analyzed. The waste gas pollution was effectively controlled with the comprehensive treatment technology including adsorption, absorption, and incineration process.' Taking the dimethoate and phenthoate workshop in the pesticide factory as the examples, the pretreatment and modification technology were analyzed. After the pretreatment by water washing and alkaline washing absorption, the waste gas was incinerated in high-temperature in the RTO. And then, the emission concentrations and rates of each kinds of wastewater could be lower than the value in the corresponding standards, reaching the emission standards.
