摘要
通过建立滚筒采煤机行走试验台,采用不同测点布置方式,对某种型号的滚筒采煤机行走部进行了振动试验。由试验结果可知:采煤机行走部在销轨段的动态性能良好,振动主要由牵引传动系统引起;采煤机行走部在销轨联接处的加速度信号出现了较大的波动,表明销轨联接处的好坏直接关系到采煤机行走部的平稳运行。
Through establishing test-bed of shearer walking and using different arrangement of monitoring points, the vibration experiment was made on a certain type of shearer walking unit. The results show that: the dynamic performance of shearer walking unit is good when it is just on pin rail. The vibration is mainly caused by traction drive system. The acceleration signal of walking unit has a great fluctuation at pin rail connection, which shows that pin rail connection is directly related to stable running of shearer walking unit.
