摘要
相移法单边带调制器在单边带通信中应用很广,但在调制器中要产生单边带信号,要求调制信号和载波的移相网络在整个频带范围内准确移相90~0,特别是在频带范围较宽时,普通移相网络难以做到这一点。本文介绍一种用宽带跨导放大器组成的全通网络来完成准确度较高的移相。
The single-band modulator using phase-shift method is applied widely in singleband communication,but if single-band signal is produced in modulator,it is demanded that phase -shift network of modulation signal and carrier is phase-shifted 90~0 accurately within the whole band,specially when the band is wider,common phase-shift network is too difficult to do. In this paper,it is introduced that a full-pass network made up of wide-band transconductance amplifier is to accomplish higher accurate phase-shift.
