摘要
公民政治参与是普通公民为实现公共利益和个人权利而试图影响政府建立、政府人事选择和公共政策的制定与执行的行为活动。公民政治参与不仅具有政治性,而且具有道德性,其道德性就在于:公民政治参与不仅是公民权利义务的统一体,而且是公民权益的表达方式,还是社会合理共识的达成路径。
Political participation of Civilian is a series of activities which for achieving the public interest and individual right, common people try to influence the government to establish government personal selection and the formulation and implementation of the public policy. Civil political participation doesn＇t only have the political nature, but also have the morality, its morality lies in that civil political participation is not only the unity of civil rights and obligations, but also the expression of civil rights, and is also the path of reaching social reasonable consensus.
