摘要
目的 研制一个系统 ,以便在枪管寿命的研究和预测中 ,显著地减少“画、加、打”循环 .方法 将模拟试验装置、建模与仿真及参数监测系统结合成一个闭环自修正系统 .结果与结论 通过 3~ 5发射击试验 ,真实、全面地再现了枪管在实弹射击条件下所经历的复杂的物理 -化学过程 ,同时 ,它能根据模拟试验的实测数据实时地修改模型 。
Aim\ To develop a system for reducing the cycles evidently of design, fabrication and test on the research and prediction of barrel life. Methods\ It is composed of a simulator and computer simulating and measures system, which is close ring and self revise system. Results and Conclusion\ When firing test 3 to 5 rounds, this system truly and completely regenerates complex physical chemical course as like as gun fire. Simulataneously it can revise model according to measure data of simulate test, thus enhances truth for barrel life simulating.
