摘要
目前,数字航摄的像控网布设是困扰很多作业单位和技术人员的问题,2012年将要发布实施的行业规范对此仍然缺少实质性的阐述,而数字航摄已经成为航空摄影资料获取的主要手段。本文结合2012年辽宁省开展的1∶10 000基本地形图更新项目,系统地阐述了辽宁省基于数字航摄的像控网布设试验方案的建立及技术要求。
At present,the layout of aero photogrammetric photo control network perplexes a large number of technician and operation departments.Though digital aero photogrammetric surveying is becoming the main means of acquiring aero photogrammetric data,the industrial specifications to be published in 2012 still lacks statements which act as a guidance to its operation.This paper systematically discusses the establishment of layout plan and technical specifications of Liaoning photo control network based on digital aero photogrammetric surveying in the light of 1∶ 10 000 topographic map updating project implemented in Liaoning Province in 2012.
