摘要
设计了在流动状态下精确控制掺氢量的气路系统,完成了氖气为缓冲气体的流动式溴化亚铜激光器掺氢的实验研究,结果表明适量掺氢能使激光功率和效率提高约50%、讨论了掺氢对基态铜原子密度和放电等离子体阻抗的影响。
The experimental study of hydrogen additive in the flowi ng CuBr Laser was made by using the self-design device to control a small amount of hydrogen flow rate.The laser output power and efficiency increased 50% when the ratio of neon to hydrogen flow rate is 22/1.It is found that the peck of dis charge voltage increases while the peck of discharge current decreases when a sm all amount of hydrogen is added.
