摘要
缝合复合材料层合板的层间剪切强度是影响其设计和应用的重要因素。采用三点弯的试验原理在万能材料试验机上对目前常用的一种缝合复合材料,进行层间裂纹扩展的实验观察研究。实验参考相关的试验标准,研究结果表明:由于缝线的存在,有效地阻止了材料的分层破坏,进一步说明缝合可以有效地抵抗复合材料层合板的分层问题;同时分层的位置并不一定总是在试验件的中间层上,并且各分层出现跨层延伸,说明层合板面内的纤维也出现了破坏,破坏机理是多重的。
Interlaminar shear strength of stitching composite materials is very important in its design and application. According to the principle of three - point bending, an experiment is carried out by using the universal materials testing machine to study the interlaminar shear cracking of a typical stitching composite material. Test results show that the delamination is suppressed efficiently by the stitching yarn. That is to say, stitching is a good choice for suppressing delamination. It is also found that the delaminating positions are not always in the middle layer of the specimens. Cross layer delaminating are also observed. It indicates that the in - plane can also be damaged in this loading mode w thus the local damage mechanism is multi -axial.
