摘要
应用数理统计的方法分析了CAK3275V型数控车床的故障现象、故障部位、故障原因,指出了该型车床最薄弱的环节,为机床的制造商提高该型数控车床固有可靠性提供了有价值的参考数据,同时提出了一种提高数控车床工作可靠性的方法。
This paper analyzes the fault phenomenon, location and causes of CAK3275V-type CNC lathe by applying mathematical sta- tistics method, pointing out the weakest link in the lathe, which provides valuable references dafum for machine manufacturers to im- prove the inherent reliability of CNC lathe, and it presents a way to improve the working reliability.
