摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法,系统地测定了丹参及复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA,隐丹参酮,原儿茶醛及丹参素等成分的含量,优选了提取、层离及测定条件,该法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。
Constituents of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and its compound tablets, e. g. tanshinone A, crytotanshinone, protocatechuic aldehyde and danshensu, were determined by TLC-densitnmetry. Optimum conditions were selected for constituent extraction, separation and determination. The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
