摘要
随着美国经济危机及欧盟经济的萎缩,各国贸易保护主义又有抬头,我国也成为全球中遭受反倾销调查最多的国家。浙江作为全国出口贸易前沿阵地,许多企业也身陷纠纷。针对这一现状,如何应对?从浙江鞋类(温州为代表)产品对外贸易遭受国外反倾销案例分析,可以得到一些启示和思考。
With American economic crisis and the economic contraction of European Union, many countries have strengthened trade protection. China is one of the countries who suffer most from anti-dumping investigation all over the world. Because of Zhejiang province＇s position of export trading frontier in China, lots of enterprises are getting involved in the disputes. What countermeasure we should take to solve this situation？ Through the case analysis of the footwear products export suffering from anti-dumping in the Zhejiang province （taking Wenzhou for an example ）, we can get some revelations and reflections.
