摘要
研究了超薄薄膜专用低温热封功能改性母料,在8.2米BOPP生产线研制生产出厚度小于10μm的超薄型低温热封BOPP镀铝基膜,对薄膜的各项物理机械性能进行了分析。结果表明,新开发的超薄型低温热封BOPP镀铝基膜具有良好的厚度均匀性、较低的起始热封温度、较高的表面润湿张力和较好的光学性能。该产品的质量控制标准和使用性能的稳定性均能满足客户需求。

In 8.2 meters of BOPP production line development and production of the film thickness is smaller than 10 txm. The physical and mechanical properties of the film were analyzed. The resuhs show its comprehensive performance has great improvement, especially with good uniformity of thickness,lower initial heat sealing temperature, high surface tension and good optical performance. The success using of customers show the proof of its quality and performance stability.
