摘要 1 资料与方法 1.1 验动物健康SD （Sprague Dawley）大鼠70只. 1.2 实验方法 1.2.1 实验分组：SD大鼠63只,适应性喂养3d后,随机分为7组.A组（假手术对照组）;B组（颅脑损伤模型对照组,简称损伤对照组）,再根据伤后时间段分为伤后6 h、24 h、72 h组;C组（颅脑损伤＋氯胺酮干预组,简称氯胺酮治疗组）,再根据伤后时间段分为伤后6 h、24 h、72 h组.
