缝隙连接蛋白43在缺血预处理心肌保护机制中的作用

摘要 缺血预处理是迄今发现的最强大的心肌内源性保护措施,很多研究对其机制作了深入、广泛的探讨,但目前为止,对缺血预处理心肌保护的确切机制还不能够被完全解释。近年来有研究发现缝隙连接蛋白43在缺血预处理心肌保护机制中也起着重要的调控作用,本文将从缝隙连接蛋白43的结构、分布、功能,以及心肌缺血与缺血预处理对缝隙连接蛋白43表达及功能的影响作一综述。
